A lot of the activities revolve around the farm, offering a range of opportunities for meaningful and fulfilling engagement. Cows, chickens, ducks and geese live a comfortable life while a motivated team of villagers and co-workers takes care of them. In return we are provided with milk and eggs.
In the creamery cows are being milked and milk is being processed into cheese, yoghurt, cottage cheese and sour cream. The piimaköök is buzzing with activity, starting early in the morning until late in the afternoon. Currently there are two types of cheese being made: a strong flavorful yellow cheese and a soft white cheese spiced with garlic and dill.
